RUBBER SHEET DIVISION
Our rubber sheet division deals with the manufacturing and retail of rubber sheets.
We have manufacturing and processing capacity and skills to produce thin, long and wide rubber sheets, and we are able to suggest various types of long and wide rubber sheets.
Compared to thermoplastic elastomer, rubber possesses higher resistance to hardness and strength changes caused by heat/cold, maintaining hardness, strength and flexibility from below 0℃ to above 100℃, making it suitable for use in harsh thermal conditions.
Rubber materials we provide range from general purpose rubber such as NR and SBR to special purpose rubber such as CR, EPDM, silicone and fluorine-containing rubber. We are also able to design a unique formulation to produce rubber sheets matching your needs.
For the clients who are concerned about strength poverty of pure rubber sheets (rubber only) , we are also able to provide reinforced rubber sheets produced by sandwiching nylon, polyester, fiber glass, aramid fiber, etc., between rubber sheets.
Reinforced rubber sheets are compound materials in which rubber sheets are adhered onto a woven fabric, possessing both the properties of a woven fabrics and a rubber sheet. Different subtypes of the compound sheets include those manufactured by adhering rubber sheets (rolled through a calendar roll mill) on one or both sides of a woven fabric and those in which rubber is sandwiched by fabrics.
Reinforced rubber sheets are called “cloth inserted sheets”, “rubberized cloth” and “rubber coated fabrics”. In addition, these are called “jabara sheets” in East Asia including Japan. This is because products (expansion joint and bellows) processed with reinforced rubber sheets resembles a shape of "JABARA" meaning the stomach of the snake in Japanese.
Reinforced rubber sheets utilized the characteristics of the rubber with high weather, ozone, heat, chemical and oil resistance is the product which we are good at.
We are able to respond to secondary processing requirements such as:
・Bonding of the double-sided tape
・Adhesive coating
・Cutting
・Punching to specified shapes
・Slitting to ribbon-like shapes
Using the “design a unique formulation of rubber”, “compound material” and “secondary processing”, we endeavor to manufacture goods responding to various client needs in the fields of electrical and electronic component manufacturing (as packaging, buttons, grommets, cushioning and carpeting), factory machinery and equipment (as packing, diaphragms, duct cover, expansion joint and bellows), auto parts manufacturing (as packing, gaskets and oil sealing), etc.

We respond to needs in developing products with high added value by highly functional rubber sheets catering for special needs. Reinforced rubber sheet surface is embossed to prevent blocking of punching or cutting leaves.
